So, last night my roommate hit me in the face...I called the police and they told me to file for a warrant. Trey checked us into a hotel for the night and this morning I went to the courthouse for the warrant. I then returned to find that the new deadbolt that Trey had installed in my door had been tampered with, so much that the paneling beside the door needs to be replaced and the door might need replacing as well. I immediately called the police and told them what happened. The police told him he had to leave, but Terry plans on letting him back in the house next week. Anyone know of any possible way I can fight this? I'm actively seeking an apartment, it's going to take a while though, so I can't leave within a week.

I just woke up from a nap...A nice long much needed nap.....but before I laid down for my nap, I made sure to tell Paypal to remove my credit due to the fact that I received my package.

Also, I would like to point out....If I really did receive the package from the beginning, why would I say that I had it all out of the blue BEFORE I got my refund? (It wasn't on my account until hours after I had said I received it.)

I also let Paypal know that because hookedonmac lied about putting the wrong address down, that they should immediately remove the bullshit credit she got as well.

See, I'm all about being honest :)

Her username is hookedonmac: so I went to paypal and emailed her, telling her that I had not received the stuff in over two weeks and that if she didn't resend the item or refund me, I was going to file a claim.

We went back and forth and she claimed that I was lying and that I really did receive it. I have 100% positive feedback and have never had a problem with that kind of thing, so I filed a claim with her. (and one other person. That is a big problem with not automatically including tracking in your price. Not everyone is going to remember to ask, and that was why we ended up in this situation, because the sellers did NOT offer it.)

Anywho, after I argued back and forth with her, she told me she had me blocked from her LJ.

This girl absolutely refused to give up what her LJ name was.....don't you think that is odd, for someone who is supposedly a good seller and whatnot? She says that it is petty that I am freaking out over almost 15 dollars, but who would let something like that go when they didn't even receive the goods? And who is this person to accuse me of lying to her about not getting them? Why would I waste my time?

you block me and then start deleting my entries/responding but not giving ME a change to give my rebuttal......Sounds more like YOU want it to be one sided than the other way around. Instead of dealing with your issues with me calmly, you went on a rant that lasted about an hour or more, and I took all of that bullshit. If I feel like making a general post about how I feel today, then I have every right to do so. The only reason you would have to ban me is to make sure nobody thinks anything is going on. Considering the fact that I didn't give any names, that shouldn't matter. You made all these accusations and not once did you try to say it in a nice, considerate, calm, FRIENDLY way. You claimed that these were all big issues to you but you didn't feel it was necessary to mention anything at the time that each thing happened. You claim that I am rude and talking crap about Lindsey, but I do recall several times where you got pissed off and vented to me about how SEVERAL people from this community were acting off and inactive, and whenenever I said or did something that reflected that, you wouldn't say shit. LEARN TO COMMUNICATE BETTER. You will get a nicer reaction/response. Be honest, but also know that the person you are speaking to has feelings...even I know that shit. Notice how I didn't insult you once. Because obviously, *I* just happen to be better than that, and accept my friends for who they are...I don't make a list of shit I don't like about them, and then act as though the world is coming to an end whilst attacking them on one random occasion. When you tell someone something that is bothering you, you need to be aware of the fact that although people DO need to grow, and DO need criticism from time to time, that criticism needs to be a HEALTHY and FRIENDLY type, that leaves the person feeling better about themselves while you make suggestions for things they could do to become a better person. You did not offer ANY of that. You didn't give me any advice, and you did not make sure to tell me anything one at a time. What you did is the EXACT same thing that Steena, Cara and Angel did during the crazy LJ brawl back then. You know you can be a better person than that. I also know that if you had been more conscious of MY feelings and what *I* had going on, I would have taken what you said with a grain of salt and moved on. When you started going on and on, I was actually in the middle of work, and yet I had to put that off to deal with your whiny parade. When I saw that you were upset that I'm not as active a mod as you in the community you made, I was trying to think of a way to apologize to you, but then you kept throwing insult after insult...telling me how I have no friends, that I act that way towards everyone, etc. etc. etc. and yet I sat there......not being rude or making any comments towards you or anything.

You've deleted 2 of my entries that were quite vague.....and I'm sure that is because you have a guilty consciounce.(sp>?)

Either way, you cannot delete this, and I will tell everyone from the community about this entry. If you find that ban-worthy, so be it. You're the one in the wrong.

Regina is doing great. she had the rest of the tubes taken out today, and she got transferred into a normal room this morning. the place we are in now has a computer in the play room....they also have a wii and a bunch of other game consoles and stuff....they have a slushie maker in the break room!~!!!!
